Are all ōuda products made to measure?

Yes. Every product is made to order based on your exact dimensions and chosen style. We don’t hold stock or sell “off-the-shelf” products.

What is the delivery time?

  • Standard finishes: 3-4 weeks from order
  • Painted finishes: 5-6 weeks from order

This includes production and careful packaging.

Do you provide install services?

We’re a supply-only brand. For customers in Greater Manchester, we can refer trusted installation partners. Outside this area, we are supply only.


Do you provide samples?

Yes. You can order door finish samples to see the colour and texture in your own home before committing to a full wardrobe. If you need any additional samples, please let your designer know.

What guarantees do you offer?

  • 10 years on carcasses (the main wardrobe body).
  • 6 years on doors.
    We stand behind the quality of every piece we make.

  • All Hettich hardware is covered by a lifetime warranty, giving you long-term confidence in the quality of the components we use.

How do I place an order?

How do I pay for my order?

Orders are paid securely through our Shopify checkout. For bespoke quotes, payment links will be provided once your design is confirmed.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Because everything is made-to-order, changes can only be made within 48 hours of placing your order. After this, production begins and changes are not possible.
